| Welcome to the group devoted to loving cartoons and all that they represent! This goes towards original creations and fan-art of animated series, comics, shows, and anything else inbetween! If you wish to join, please read the rules below, then request to join.   Do not submit art into the Featured folder. Only the Founder is able to choose what goes there. Do not submit works or sketches on lined paper. We want to enjoy those cartoons in all their glory! No anime or manga! There are plenty of clubs out there for that. We want "westernized" cartoons or the like. If you are unsure of whether or not your artwork qualifies as cartoon or anime/manga, feel free to ask! Do not upload dolls or images you have colored over. (This also includes stamps and memes.) We want artworks, please!Failure to comply to these rules may result in being booted from the group.
